Highlights:
The Panthers are hoping to win the first ever South West Conference Championship this season and make a return trip to State Championship game.
They will be led by All-American Kyle Singler who has signed a letter of intent to play at Duke University next fall. The talented senior was a member of the Team USA’s 19 and under Team that won the national tournament and was a first team All-State selection last year. He is considered by many recruiting services as one of the top-5 prospects in the class of 2007.
South Medford has won 5 consecutive league championships and finished in the top-8 in the State over that same span.
Head Coach Dennis Murphy enters his 19th season in charge and has a record of 360-104. He has guided the Panthers to the State Playoffs in 16 of his 18 seasons.
